The AI can't really do anything to disrupt the beginning of the mission so I'm not sure why it isn't run initially. For the longest time during the mission, your ally (White) does not do anything until after Kerrigan kills the officer and takes over the top right. Typo in Mission Objectives in Briefing: "Destroy an Rebel Bases that emerge". Adrenal Glands and lvl3 upgrades are enabled, but they should be disabled because Hive morph isn't enabled.
